In the initial stages of heating, the heat loss is directed to the rest of the material, but as the outer layer heats up, we'd then have our anti-protag, heat loss.

Quick wiki'ing, and we have a baseline of 70W for body heat regulation. Assuming we have a 80kg man, 70% water, meaning 56kg of water being regulated(fuck the rest of the body) at 70W to maintain constant temperature at rest.
With a ratio for 70W:70%water(0.7*4000=2800)
We'd need roughly 47% for our onaho material, so around 33W

With 204kJ needed to be heated within, let's say, half an hour, 204000/(30*60) will result in 114W, without our heat loss. Because I can't be bothered to do any more, let's bump it up to 130W, and lower it down to 35W once a desired temperature is reached.

That's why we wouldn't heat it from the core. I was thinking something similar to an electric blanket would be a better heating source. A layer of carbon fiber wires would be placed under the skin, so it would feel warm to the touch, but the core and skeleton would still be cold.

Update on this thing.
It's a hassle to clean. Well to dry mostly. The water runs nicely right through it but when you get to the drying part since of the bone structure it is really hard to get to some of the deepest parts of it. Takes a while to get it done.

Guy with the broken onahole warmer that said he'd crack it open here. I dicked around with the cable some, probably broke a flashlight battery then decided to fuck the scientific method and just solder the wires back to the heating element film.

My warmer works again now. As it turns out the wiring on these is really goddamn thin and there's nothing more than a knot holding the cord inside the tube, so a decent amount of twisting may well be enough to break your circuit and fuck your warmer. Unfortunate, but easy enough to fix, I guess. I'd advise against coiling the cable as well.
