You can actually read them if you don't have any readily avalible kabuki theaters you or theaters showing kabuki plays.

There are two books released in English by Yukio Mishima. The first and more common one is titled Five Modern No Plays by Yukio Mishima. This is not an expensive book. The other book by Yukio mishima is a collection of some odd 50 plays written, directed, and acted by Yukio Mishima himself. The book is titled My Friend Hitler.

The LA theaters and NYC of the U.S tend to host and run a lot of Yukio Mishima's plays. There have even ben Japanese puppetry plays that reenact Mishima's No plays.

A lot of Mishima's No plays are retold Kabuki plays, but many are from Mishima himself. The unknown world of No plays that Westerners and the U.S.A never knew the Japanese were visiting more often after World War 2, which was exactly why the Japanese went to the shows: There were never westerners there. The Kabuki and No plays of post-world war 2 served as vessel for Japanese to express their negative feelings toward the American occupation more so than any Japanese cinema could really do in terms of individually pulling the personal heart strings to audience.

"I tried to make them cry, but all they do is laugh" - Yukio Mishima
