So, I live in Japan and recently I started seeing this young woman. She revealed to me that she is an otaku. I totally couldn't have guessed because she doesn't look or dress like one.

The thing is I'm not an otaku. What can I expect down the line if I consider a relationship with her? She says she likes Miku and this one game where the characters are named after Japanese swords?

Our next date is going to Ikebukuro which she calls her "holy place". I figured it would be nice to do something that might interest her.

I also forgot to mention that she has never had a relationship and kinda socially awkward around me. Maybe men in general? But she seemed to be very normal when she interacted with other people.

Growing up she only went to an all girls high school and college. So I guess that's expected.
