The Akiba no Ekkusu store #1 is one of my favorite places to go and see used figures, its second floor is filled with a good selection of (non-Griffon) Touhou stuff.
Even has a few T's system figs, which are rare from what I've seen.

One place that seems to specialize in Touhou goods is Surpara Shop (サーパラショップ), has anyone been there?
They supposedly host a Soku tournament every week on Monday, heh.
