You're so wrong I don't even know where to start.
If you're just out to get a regular job for a small Japanese company, then I would have to agree with you. On the other hand if you're a career guy and no out for just any old job, it's quite easy to get into a large global company.
I've been urged to transfer to the Tokyo office of my company a number of times, but I'm comfortable in Seattle so I always dismiss the peer pressure.

Racism is semi-coordinated discrimination against a certain group of people who are perceived (by the oppressors) to share a racial identity. This generally results in less rights/liberties afforded to those discriminated against as compared to those doing the discriminating. It can be institutionalized or simply just common practice.

This is NOT the same thing as simple racial prejudice or random hate crimes. 4 black guys are not "racist," they are prejudiced.

Japan has a lot of racism because the rights of other races (as Japanese people in power see them) are less than those of people they see as Japanese. As a white/black/Hispanic/non-Japanese Asian person, you will find it more difficult to live and work in Japan due to paying more for things and being turned down for jobs you qualify for, as well as other things like being at a disadvantage in a legal court situation. That is what racism is.
