Keep in mind that the "more radical" monsters still are loyal to and have the same goal as the Mamono Lord, they are just more extreme in their methods of achieving it.

But yes the influence isn't absolute, many monsters have values that run against some of hers (she prefers monogamy for instance) and many choose to not serve her directly, but none are known to be so different that they would rebel against her. In the past rebellions did occur simply due to how cruel Mamono Lords could be (cruel enough that their instinctive allegiance could be undone), but the current one is so kind and gives her subjects so much freedom that there are none who would oppose her.
