You can't really screw up in KT, its just damn annoying when you have gone through almost every possible choice and dont know which ones to repeat to get to the new events.

That's not true. There is a way where you can screw up and not having the chance to get the final Len h-scene, forcing you to delete your save files (or at least the global one).

The way you miss the Ren scene is if you miss all the "Ren as a cat" scenes, because those disappear after Ren gets twinkiehoused by Kouma and you kill him.

Well, there's Hisui\Kohaku in one the ten nights of dream, but just Len in the main story if my memory is faithful.
