Obviously the main difference is that it's a fellatio hole so it has teeth and whatnot. The Pelolin specifically is my favorite hole because the added stimulation from the hard teeth and the tongue. But if you deep throat it it's essentially the same as a vaginal hole in all honesty. It's mostly about the entrance part of the mouth (first 1/2 or 1/3 or so) that's the biggest difference. Some people don't like the teeth but they can be removed.
