Why in a few months? This guy finished the MOON. translation in just one month and provided partial translation patches once a week / per 1/4 of the game. C+C is split into seven 'sections' so we should see a translation for the first one in a week or two.>>2571278

I've had a look at the 80% translation, since the fellow in question wanted editors, and I offered.

The translation was irreparably broken. You couldn't edit it into anything reasonable at all - the only thing you could possibly do with that translation is scrap all of it and start again.

Having looked at Ixrec's MOON. translation, at least Ixrec seems to have a competent grasp of the Japanese language. Trust me; this way is much better.

To be fair, we don't see Ever17 threads that often. Only when a newbro comes in raving about the story or has questions about the plot. Other than that, Ever17 discussion is few and far in between.

A better comparison would be Fate/stay night, which never has a shortage of threads.
