How hard is it to sneak onto mount fuji after it is closed to tourists?

I hear it's only open for a few months in the summer to climb, but then is illegal to climb through the winter and other months because of the deadly weather. About how much security is usually placed around it, and how hard would it really be to scale in the winter if I dress warm? They said the temperature only reaches about -30 degrees C. Also it says strong gusts of wind blow people off the mountain, is this true?

actually winter-time on mt.Fuji is when the Japanese army constructs their mechs, exosuits and plasma weapons in WW3 that will take place in November of 2012.

No, I climbed Fuji before, the winds were strong, I wobbled a bit, but nothing to be worried about.
