The name of the vampire Nrvnsqr from Tsukihime is pronounced 'Nero'.
This name comes from the Roman emperor Nero.
Nero was very paranoid about people who could potentially want to become emperor, and would often have them executed.
In the time of the Roman Empire, someone to be executed was usually sent a letter first which asks them to commit suicide, as inheritance can be inherited in the case of a suicide, but no in the case of an execution.
Erwin Rommel, a famous German WWII field marshal, was also forced to commit suicide by Hitler because Hitler was paranoid and thought Rommel would kill him.
