This originally came from a Roboco stream back in August but I'm not sure if they sit through every video or just ones they aren't sure what the content is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUiXbAp4xLA Fubuki for instance got half her videos back in couple days, which would obviously be impossible. I've been trying to avoid playing while she does but had to start it up during the stream before last because she was getting close. Her stream ended up dying for the last time about 10 minutes after that and while I felt shitty because I knew she'd probably feel awful for having all those technical issues even if they weren't her fault, I have to admit I breathed a sigh of relief. As for difficulty, I've just been playing on normal. It's super easy but I don't really love the combat or anything and making it harder just feels like it'd make it more annoying rather than more fun. I'm playing entirely for the story and world and it's probably the same for them too.

What I really find interesting from that time out of the few streams I've got around to watching is that you can so clearly hear the current Pekora's mannerisms in the old one. It made me feel pretty relaxed actually, to hear that even back then when she was nervous out of her mind and trying to hard with a certain type of character, she was still the one we love today.
I especially laughed at that first Rushia/Pekora Splatoon collab when you compare to how they act today because damn was it pretty rough.

The very few bits I've seen from NND also calmed me down a bit because her mannerisms were the same even then, despite the content being different of course.

Don't get your hopes up, I wouldn't call it a good collab honestly, they are both nervous in whatever they say and somehow it is like 2 hours long of mostly stiff dialogue but it serves as a fun contrast at least.

She treats her job with so much sincerity and professionalism that it impresses me really. Pretty much all her streams are very deliberate in their content and how she goes about them, from playing the game earnestly despite never picking them up for a second go-around.
She might not run a schedule but despite that she still properly does her streams regardless of prior planning, she is somehow very sporadic and consistent at the same time.
And I don't think I have to talk about how well she treats her collabs or how she never seem to take on more than she can handle.

She is just a professional through and through while maintaining that level of intimacy that captures gachikoi by the thousands and occasionally showing us that she cares, probably far too much, about us.

Looking at it from purely a musical standpoint I don't think it's the best original song from hololive but it's still good and I'm willing to admit that the fact it's from Pekora boosts it for me and puts it up there with Inochi and Shallys, which were my 2 favorites before this.

Putting aside my immense Pekora bias then I'll definitely agree that Marine's song is better from a purely objective stand-point.
However I feel that this song just matches Pekora as a person perfectly. The upbeat tempo of the song really drives home her as this happy person who wants to spread that feeling to others, it is essentially the person she really wants to be and certainly already is.
And I fucking knew I was right in hearing the "Sweet Berry Baby Love" influence in this song and it is no surprise since the composer is the same, and he also composed "Honey Come" another song she loves. I'm seriously happy that she managed to snag the same composer that Ogura Yui has had considering how much she likes her songs.
