Is the duck the most superior bird?

I've had chicken, turkey, puffin, goose, and quail.

None of them have stood up to the taste of duck.

Is there a better bird out there?

When I start my own sustenance farm which birds should be the best for farming in terms of investment, time, and care?

Is ostrich a viable substance farm animal? Or does it require too much space and time before it's ready? How does ostrich taste? Does it even come close to duck?

Why are ducks in the avian class when they're not birds? Only birds should be in aves. Like, when people think of a bird they think of something like an eagle or parrot, not a duck. Duck beaks are way too flat and they have webbed feet with short legs. Ducks are ducks, birds are birds. Ducks should be grouped with other non-bird avians like chickens, owls, penguins, and nightjars, to make their own class.

today i went to the park and fed ducks, there was a ton of birds of different types colors and ages all chilling out as one group eating what i threw to them, very interesting

Chicken is the staple poultry both due to its egg laying ability and it's fast time to maturation. If you want daily eggs for the majority of the year and for at least 3 to 4 years, you can't beat the reliable yard hen. Cheap, fairly low maintenance other than coop upkeep plus they can earn you income from selling excess eggs.

While technically true, this is misleading. Ducks are descended from the shorebird family of theropod dinosaurs, a miniscule percentage of the actual taxonomy and certainly not what most people think of as "dinosaurs".
Worth noting, too, there were numerous dinosaurs, like Confuciusornis, that evolved into essentially birds, and then went extinct with no direct lineage between them and modern avians.
