I just keep the twitter tabs of artists I like bookmarked & opened in another browser window (on the /media section to avoid seeing more bullshit than necessary).
This is done after I've downloaded and sorted their entire gallery. The big issue is having to cross-reference with their Pixiv and sometimes more, especially if for some reason they decide to upload a higher quality version on one and not the other, having to compare, etc... I really hate it, yeah.
