Personal reasons. Moderating a few generals and offshoot threads on /jp/ is a lot easier than moderating an entire board. And of course, they don't give a damn about what /jp/ thinks about vtubers, or 3DPD for that matter.

The fact that any criticism of the decision to not do anything about the shitton of vtuber generals that seem to get new internal drama every other week gets deleted, just like any post that wants them to leave is just hilarious. At this point I can only assume it really is personal reasons.

Given how much cancer and drama there are in those generals (namely the Hololive JP one since it's the only that's still as active as always), I don't see how much difference it makes it being here or there. Just the past few days they tries to split into two identical threads for no reason other than how someone didn't like the OP picture, and mods were fine with this for at least two full threads, and then when that split finally started getting deleted there were a bunch of posts in the original thread about it which that mod spent all day deleting too.
It just makes no sense.
