The divergence is older than Camelot to me. Albion dragon is still alive, so Vortigern never drank his blood after he perished and became a dragon. Morgan came to power 2000 years ago (Fairy LB Time passes quickly, like 40+ days = 24 hours outside it) but before that, it seemed like the fairies were in control. In my opinion is related to picrel. And the thing with the child of prophecy is all set up to depose Morgan but not to enthrone Artoria but Oberon (he's probably the "rightful king" in it).

We don't know yet who Oberon is, but most theories think he's related to Beast or Merlin or both. Nasu has kept Merlin's background generally mysterious other than his parents. We don't know his age, but considering Merlin taught magecraft to Vivian and a bunch of fairies, he should be older than them. It's possible he was made with a greater purpose by Gaia, when his origin is similar to Primate Murder/Cath Palug but humanized fast and decided to be this king maker and sympathize with humans. What if he took a different decision?

Takeuchi said in his last interview that Nasu "really likes Merlin" and is his favorite Servant, so maybe that's a hint this LB is exploring Merlin's dark side. Oberon is definitely more relevant than Morgan, he got a voiced CM and appeared in the 2nd OP.

This is my speculation, because curiously the prophecy doesn't say the child will be the king, only that the "rightful king" will return after the child defeats the queen. And Oberon is calling himself "king of faires".

That's a good question, anime aside Tsukihime isn't as rehashable. The early days of Tsukihime days spawned PLUS-DISC, KT and the first MB which did require more "work" and were more akin to "sequels". Tsukihime 2 (sad about this, would've liked to see Bazett and Caren in this setting, seeing how they were Tsukihime2 characters originally) is still a meme, but I cannot think of anything else besides maybe making sequels of MB Luminia. Not necessarily. There's plenty of fantasy Japanese games no one would call chuuni. It's not really well-defined but chuuni is more like a combination of various things that have a certain kind of attitude/feel. Of course, secret organizations, superpowers, and that kind of stuff is a baseline. Chuuni games tend to all have life philosophies/morals as a major theme. Another big point is the writing style. Authors use more complicated prose commonly with archaic styles of speaking and weird kanji (because it's cool) perhaps even to the point of being purple prose depending on your perspective. The stories are commonly grand and epic in scale with everything highly dramatized. That's why fights in chuunige are typically very long and described in painstakingly detail. Plus characters will argue life philosophies with each other while fighting which is obviously impossible if you think about it but hey it's cool. F/SN fits all of that 100%. And it's awesome.
