So /jp/, I was just talking with my friend about how, were I to end up in Gensokyo, I'd either be an old man and unable to enjoy or I'd get ripped to shreds almost immediately. So that ended up turning into me wondering if I'd rather be gored to death by Suika, Yuugi, or Keine, or if I'd rather be strangled to death with my own intestines by Yuka.
Is there something wrong with me, /jp/? I also loved Saya and find guro absolutely hilarious.

Amongst the fans, there is speculation that removing Rumia's hair-ribbon turns her into a much older, much more powerful youkai, but I doubt it.

By that logic, Reimu should become The Incredible Hulk when someone pulls her hair ribbon off.

Quick semi-related question: What are western-style vampires called in Japan, assuming they call them anything but 'vampires'? I mean, have they assimilated the creature type enough to give it a name of its own, or would they fall under Youkai, or lumped into some other mythical monster category?

Hey, I was the first one to put that into words.

And it's not a "disguise".

The way it works is that her time-stopping power amplifies and evolves to time reversal, where she goes to the past to found lunarian society under the name Yagokoro Eirin. She later instills her time-manipulation in a young princess where it further mutates into the time-dominating power of Ephemeral and Eternal.

Interesting character - Yuuka Kazami.

She seems to appeal to the guro/mutilation fans, the youkai moe~ fans, the fans who enjoy dirty talking/belittlement/humiliation in public, being dominated by older women, foot fetish fans, and of course the ever-present breast-fetishists.

I've got a fondness for Mystia and Chiruno, but Suwako's more adorable and isn't so cold to others.

Yuuka seems to be portrayed as an ultra-violent, sadistic version of Yukari - old, extremely powerful youkai with tits and a penchant for footjobs.

While Yukari is a silly old grandmother to some, Yuuka can and will kill you out of hand for no good reason, or so it seems.

I find female pedophiles to be adorable and that certainly also made me like Yuka more. But that just further increases her similarities to Shikieiki, since the sequel to "Too Lewd" h-doujin is what got me to like her in the first place.
