The reason most uncensored leaks are on fc2 and why there's a massive uncensored amateur scene that's completely obliterated the traditional Caribbeancom/heydouga studios is because they take advantage of the overseas loophole, since FC2 is technically based in the Netherlands I think, and they have a thing where you pay with points not direct money transfers. If you mean "amateur" as in those censored movies often starring smaller mainstream actresses just under different names, then supjav has the same.
The layout is almost exactly the same as hpjav so I've been using it since hpjav died.
Their uncensored section for FC2 is also useful since everyday they upload both all the newly ripped movies, and then a bunch of older ones.
