Ok guys I want to learn to write kanji. I know that's not necessary but I just want to know how to do it for fun, I'm not in a hurry to learn japanese. Anyways I learnt every radical to make it easier and would like to know if there's a place that make mnemonics based on the radicals meaning to remember which ones a kanji is made of? Something like 時 is a sun and a temple because people would go to the temple to know the time. I know that there's kanji damage but from what I understand he made up his own meanings for radicals and use those later whereas I learnt the real meanings because I want something clean. His method could be more efficient but once again, I'm not in a hurry.

Is there an addon that will allow me to manually rollover the day in anki instead of it following the real time/calendar? I don't mind doing my reps every "day" but with how fucked my sleep schedule can get I often get stuck in situations where I end up having to do two days worth or having to rush to do it before the reset hits and it's pointlessly stressful.
I'd much rather just open the program once per "day" hit a button and not have to worry about it.

Try and have it roll over at 12am/1am. If you miss your daily reps then you can push it out until 11pm the following day until you do your reps.
Doesn't really solve the double rep issue, but at least you'll never miss a day.

Finding a word, in context, and making a note that is meaningful "to you"
