There was one the other night that didn't really go anywhere before I got to participate. Anyone up for trying it again?

1) Update your PoFV to the latest version, 1.50a
http://www16.big.or.jp/~zun/data/soft/th09_ver150a.lzh

2) Download and put Adonis in your PoFV folder:

Don't mess this one up. Adonis.exe and everything that comes with it in the same folder as th09.exe.

3) Run Adonis. Should be straightforward from there. You pick whether you want to host or connect to someone, and you pick the ip and port. When someone connects to the host the host picks lag compensation level, lower is for better pings.

Don't forget to set your control scheme to either "Full" or the appropriate pad setting. Some people have reported problems with windowed mode, as well. If you're running on Vista, you'll need to set Adonis in compatibility mode. When hosting, post your location - more than 5 delay isn't worth playing, so save people some time. Adonis also doesn't make a notification noise, so keep an eye on your connects!

Yeah, the delay is directly related to the ping. My connection isn't too great, and I've heard nothing but bad things about European internet so it's not unbelievable.

I just needed to close uTorrent in order to get nice ping. Dude Almost every character you picked up were horribly hard since I never play as them or I don't like them (Especially Sakuya Ex's knives and Merlin spells) Good games though

I actually did a pretty poor job with the Cirno match. I have a friend I play with now and then, and ours usually last 5 minutes per round and stay almost perpetually at the bonus level.
