This is about anikura (anime clubs) in general which are venues that often do or target anison and anison related musical events. One of the more notable anikura in the scene is MOGRA which is a venue located in Akiba and has been going on for well over a decade. However, this is not only isolated to MOGRA because there are more anikuras all over Japan and even in a few in Akiba itself! Another anikura which has started to get on the streaming game is Raizeen which is also located in Akiba. Another one I like to highlight is TsukiYume which is located in Kanagawa. These are some of the anikura and I'm sure there are many more yet to be discussed!

I've been to several idol fes, they're quite fun. There's one on 5/3, Tips, and another on 5/4 at club asia (afternoon) which I highly recommended due to NightOwl being there. That group is rock-like and real fun. Also the group that got me into idols, by showing me not idols are cutesy types.

its like its been voided. i cannot find anything about it.
only thing i can remember is everyone spamming the thread about luka, and posts reaching the 1000's.

he's pretty much the reason we have MOGRA in the first place, as he and some friends opened the place as "somewhere cool to hang out at that happens to play anime music, but is not limited anison"

while he is a regular at Anison Matrix, he's often invited to most weekend shows, by other event organizers, but he is not obligated to be at every single show... although he tends to be at the bar more often than not, as Manager/President should be

Anime cons attract casuals en mass. They're primarily frequented by locals of that area; this is true of all cons. It's something to do over the weekend, an excuse to meet friends, and so on.
For the last 2-3 sets you will likely see the crowd shrink; that bunch will have a greater ratio of otaku to casuals, though even then casuals may still notably outnumber them.
