I don't think it would be. This is obviously extrapolation, but PMiSS makes it a point that ghosts are virtually indistinguishable from living humans, other than attracting death and being unageing and presumably having no bodily needs. It goes on to say:

Which makes me think that, even if a ghost were to somehow have children, they would be fully human rather than half-ghost. In the first place, the half-phantoms are freaks of nature rather than a natural occurrence, as their halves actively hinder each other, evidenced by Youmu's phantom half making her impetuous and easily swayed, and her human half impelling her toward death if she remains too long in the living (kegare) world. Half-ghosts may not even be a thing. If you look at most Japanese myths that involve cross-species reproduction, the children are almost universally human, too. Kourin is a big exception to this rule, yet still the only one we know of in a world where humans and youkai interact regularly.
