Hongfire is a forum, I would not even put much hope on even Illusion games being translated outside someone removing the region check and the basic GUI interface.
Musumaker tread about the translation started on 12/25/2008 and from what I seen there is no actual team and truth be told, in order to get anywhere you need a leader that is not afraid to push people into meeting deadlines, I really do not see Dx2 doing that as he is taking "the wiki approach" expecting random people to translate things.

My join date in hongfire was 09-28-2004. Back then the only VN communities that exist are the haeleth troll kanon project and shii.org. I have probably less than 10posts in my 5years+ there since I only go there for piracy purposes but they can be considered as one of the pioneer of the english eroge community.
