It might be because their calculations always assume no other character support so the defense debuff outclasses the extra base damage that her own card provides. There is a good chance her own card will be better most of the time when other characters are also around.

They also don't give her the maximum recommendation for rolling which is either because it is EFES and resource intensive or because of utility reasons.

I sparked Narumi and despite her LW being ST she's not that bad.
I sparked Mayumi (first run) cause we fucking lacked a unit with metal breaks and despite this she's not that bad
We also have MoF Suwako, Momoyo, Kokoro, Yamame, partially Tenshi, PCB Alice and S5 Orin who have earth and they are not at the short end of the stick, Kokoro for whoever is still at around 0-200 tower works well with Doremy, Kasen and fucking Meiling, I usually rolled with that trio and kept Mayumi and Keiki as a separate duo and Meiling for assured destruction.
Usually Kokoro is good enough even for single wave/enemy event stages, I do understand that now the endgame is shifted towards these poorly balanced DS stages but for everything else we do have alternate earth units.

It's not all that useful in reality. The debuff is single target only. Only works on debuff characters and debuffs get removed by breaks so it would only be useful on the final HP bar in VS battles but chances are you are just going to instantly LW once you are on that HP bar and debuffers like Hecatia have better cards for that. Attack +4 could work if the enemy spams attack debuffs or to help extend buffs but the top tier attackers are already getting +10 anyway, especially if you bring more than 1 character. 2.1 is barely any different from Scarlet Witch though it is a nice bonus to the other effects. The card will mostly be useful on weaker characters funnily enough who absolutely struggle with gaining attack, like the original Marisa. If only they gave it AoE effects...

She suffers from Solo LW Syndrome, but there's a fair degree of versatility in what she can pull off. Metal breaks aplenty, first type of spell card can do a single lock/debuff dispel, plenty of crit accuracy from spell cards in general, slathers four whole burns onto enemy barriers with skill 3, and if there's a situation where her killers can apply, she might be worth the while.

She's extremely good imo, solo LW but it's 6 metal and 6 laser, point it at someone at 3P and they die unless they have resistances obviously.
She also easily breaks at least 4 burn barriers at 2P by herself (or more if you pair her up with more burn units, which you definitely should). She and Yuuma have been carrying the shit out of my team comps in these past few DS stages. Definitely the best out of the B3 units in the forever prayer since you can't get Toyo and Sagu

I always aim to only use up 3 characters in each fight unless it is the mid-boss or final boss stage of the current roation. I still get a giggle out of going into the final battle with teams like this.

Let me tell you a long thing:

We have 37 retros (I probably sparked half of them), I have all of them, some at 12sp but the majority of them is still at 8sp

We have IDGAF amount of UFES, I have 23 of them (sparked only for 2btw E1 Koakuma and B3 Sagume), but:

I can't use B3 Reimu, Sakuya, Sanae and B5 Medicine and Merlin cause they stole our DPD from past events. S2 Satori and B3 Toyohime are at 12sp, the rest which is basically the whole E universe cast, B2 Junko B3 Yorihime and Sagume, S5 Orin and Okuu, H5 Yuuka, and finally T5 Byakuren are still at 8SP, while WoSD Marisa, MSM Youmu and Loli Yuyuko are FR plus they got full 2.0 upgrades

I do have L80 Marisa, Sakuya, Remilia, Satori, Mokou and Youmu, I did spark for none, Remilia and Mokou are still at 8sp, others are fully upgraded

Finally I do have F1 Koishi, F1 Sanae, C3 Yukari, Hecatia and Kogasa, sparked for none (yes I'm kinda lucky), they are 12sp partially fully upgraded

DS stages:
Yesterday I pretty much approached Okina DS stage, I initially used 3 units, L80 Youmu, F1 Koishi and C3 Kogasa, then after lvl85 or so I had to add C3 Yukari by making her switch with L80 Youmu after she was done nuking gauge 1, cause gauge 2 was C3 Kogasa turs and gauge 3 was F1 Koishi territory, after glassing my way to lvl100, I picked up the brainless comp with L80 Satori, L80 Youmu, L1 Ichirin and L1 Sagume, gave FR Sagume some extra cards cause I wanted to be extra sure and that's it, right now I'm trying to farm another copy of that card by using an 88+12 comp with just L80 Youmu and F1 Koishi, I simply hate the 60-100 climb and I want to deal with it without babysitting my fucking comp, that's why I take the Hiroshima route, it's safer and I don't fucking have to waste time going through cards or strats, next week before DS Murasa expires I'll be tackling it and gg

Do I plan to roll for the next meta? Right now I have 1700ish SC, I'll probably try to fetch PCB Marisa dressed as Tenshi, but I'm more oriented into fetchin B3 Hecatia, F1 Reimu and B3 Youmu first before everything else. OFC I'm going to get A8 Mokou as I always prioritized retros before UFES, but it's not my fault if they try to push cheesy units while leaving other units into the dust, if it was for me I would push more into fucking create stage where all the fucking units can get their BiS, story mode related to DS/retro units and so on
