To be honest having writethreads being represented at all feels weird. My humble opinion is that KMS should have ended a while ago and has been kicking that can down the road a while, and HSE has pretty mediocre writing from what I've seen.
That's just my gut feeling though, I don't mean any disrespect but these projects have become a thing unto themselves in a way I'm not entirely comfortable with.

At this point it should be generalized into "Love is suffering".
What makes the writethreads special is the fact they haven't just consisted in one guy writing his story and everyone else just reading and commenting on it. KMS threads have seen the author integrating other anons' speculation points into the actual story multiple times, therefore making it an interactive story. HSE is even more of a community effort, with several different writefags contributing with their own short stories while trying to sync up with the others' (see flowchart just to get an idea of the huge scope: https://files.catbox.moe/via62d.png )

Dozens of touhou girls would be worth putting on the roster, but there's unfortunately not enough space, so we're limited to the ones that represent the board's culture most closely, like the eternal marisa for "get out of /jp/".
Okuu will be the team's mascot though, as the team's logo and main kit are both based on Japan's (which have a yatagarasu on it), and she'll be featured prominently on /jp/'s stadium starting from next cup.

Writefagging threads this year have been pretty fun and I can see why some people are slightly concerned but it's been the best type of to varying extents interactive storytelling rather than a random anon dumping their fanfiction of questionable quality on the board and trying to draw it out as long as possible with little if any demand to keep it going. I hope it stays that way if either thread ends but something else appears afterwards. Although any more than two or at most, three and it would probably be the point you start questioning if this should really be on /jp/.

But virtual divegrass related again, I couldn't think of a better new player that would improve the roster.

Like above, I think we can give Lemontene a nod without having to give her a whole player slot. She has showed up in one of the HSE stories, so we could put her on anon's shoulder, for the writefag threads' player.

By combining the various facets of the board's culture into a few players as possible, I believe we'll be able to end up with a roster everyone here will feel represented by.

-Remove The Narrative, seeing two pekos on the field when /vt/ plays is an eyesore
-I support a rep for HSE/KMS. Im not familiar with the threads, but they seem pretty cool and have endured quite a bit.
-Ask the Gravure, JAV and Sakamichi threads if they still want to be part of the team. Even if they seem out of place for some, they showed interest at the time so it would be a bit unfair to forget about them. If one thread shows no interest or wants to withdraw, one of those players can be removed for a new entry entirely.
-Ask the Monster Girl thread if they want to keep Gazer as their rep or replace her with a different girl.
-Ask the Vsinger and LN threads if they want to join the team with a rep
-Sitting Reimu can a be stadium prop, like sitting on the field watching the game
