Yesterday morning I saw a spider on a wall in my house so I caught it, intending to release it outside. Then, I got to the front door and could feel the cold from outside before I even opened the door, and I decided that I wasn't subjecting this poor arachnid to that bullshit, so I turned around and let it loose in the kitchen so it could hide under the refrigerator instead.

Well, everyone in the underground would indeed be iconoclastic given her characterisation in her original profile, but she's never really interacted with Kisume or Parsee, and both of them are somewhat despicable, so anything goes there, really. Wouldn't be that big of a surprise if she didn't like them, is what I mean.

Her relationship with Yuugi should be cordial at least, though, since she seems to value keeping order in Gouyoku Ibun, and that's essentially Yuugi's modern role. Then again, with Mizuchi's chaos-sowing tendencies...

I know they've never interacted in canon but I'm just saying that there's a good chance she'll probably throw a bunch of offhand remarks at whatever fanon content currently exists. I think she would dislike them and I always found it kind of funny that the only way to make the Yamame/Kisume pairing work was to essentially just write a fan character and call her Kisume considering how little she resembles the actual Kisume.
It's times like this that I remember that most characters that are grouped together in Touhou often don't even have any actual canon dialogue exchanged with each other, like how I don't think even Mokou and Kaguya actually have any actual direct dialogue exchanged with each other despite being one of the more defined relationships in the series.

I think calling her SFW eyes brown is doing them a bit of a disservice. They're a really pretty gradient in that game where they're a purple at the top, then a dull red in the middle, and shifting toward a sort of pale orange at the bottom.

am very torn between a couple, but will have to give it to the Red Widow. Her design is so caustic with the bright red and derivative patterns that look like some nasty burns. The close second would be the Avicularia purpurea; got to hand led one once, it was a magical experience, but the red widow is simply too adorable. Studying her status as a threatened species also gave me a better comprehension of her and thus extra points.

it's likely the smaller one is a male and impregnated both spiders, though. Most male spiders have two pedipalps, meaning they'll mate twice if the female spider cannot sustain the eggs without some extra nutrients/the species isn't known to frequently kill the male. If there's enough prey that two spiders can coexist in your bathroom, then that should be the case.

My bathroom looks like a crack den full of insects so they have more than enough prey. I counted 5 spiders in it this night but it seems the extra 2 where visitors who did not have their own webs. I also counted a swarm of 15 ants coming out some hole in the ceilling and the webs are full of them.

Parsee lost the majority of detailing on her clothes and the bit on the end of her skirt just disappears and reappears between panel. I wasn't a massive fan of the huge slits in her SFW dress, so I'm not too broken up about them being gone, but I did like the patterns on her bow and her sleeves and especially the extra legs she had in that game.
Let's be real, the second CDS artist is very boring with character designs, and if the first artist had stuck around, she would have actually put some effort into it.
