The latest version I've got is labelled 2009/08/04, not sure about version numbers.
There's also a RyonaRPGplus which is an attempt to port the game to a newer RPG maker engine, and while there are a number of benefits, it may be missing content from the original.

Tip: While you can choose from loads of characters, most developers are concentrating on Nakoruru (OP Pic), so I'd recommend choosing her.

Hongfire never seems to load anymore. And when it does, it looks messed up.

I've been using ChiiTrans lately, it doesn't work with every game, but it gives you half a dozen different translations. I cut out google and just use atlas and googleTL though.

The girls pretty much will be defeated no matter what by the monsters in the intro (if you didn't meat a bunch of goblins fucking you up, it's because you skipped it).
After that scene, you wake up in the inn and have been bandaged. When you strip all naked, you'll also take off the bandages and moan in pain from bleeding (actually, it'll happen the moment you take off the bandages). After that, you have to talk to the maid so she heals your open wound.

After that, your girl will still be ashamed as her clothes are ripped. Buy her new (decent ones) to get her to stop complaining (actually, when you select a character, you can choose the "silent character" option, though that basically just shuts up her dialog, not the moaning when being hurt).

While I think that's a bit unfair I think it sums that sums it up pretty well.
However, I find a few unfinished/unpolished hold some more potential which will probably never quite be finished.

The arena, for example, got discontinued and holded some great potential for expanding the slave mode.
The slave mode itself in RyonaRPG is now slowly being polished with the creation of a slaver town (not to be confused with the slave town already in place) but it's still in early phase and buggy.

In VH_Game, the whole slave mechanic is just a bad end and while sprites and the SM club (used to test sprites) show they are thinking of expanding that idea, it won't get implemented anytime soon.

Again, those are just two examples. As the games get patched up every week there are new concepts and ideas added yet others which are already implemented in early development don't get polished.

I have a lot of free time so I could make a unbalanced and cheap looking one. The reason I say cheap looking one is because I have no artistic skill so it would only use the standard issue sprites and I have no sense of balance so it'd be an unbalanced game unless the games have advanced far enough where it basically balances the stats for you. For the matter, when the EX bar reaches maximum you lose a lot of health and mana as a sideeffect of your orgasm (also, when you're close to an orgasm your character won't move almost nothing at all).

Also, sex can have lasting impacts on the characters (like them becoming nymphomaniacs) and you can increase their sensitivity by piercing their body parts and genitals (mostly to screw them but I'm not sure if there are actually positive side effects to this, never bother because the piercing shop is in a location which requieres a crazy high level character and teleporting might crash the game).
