For me, it's a tie between 犯行の予告状読み上げ and system0, because they're what go with the best parts of the story: the "wtf is going on what are these letters" before the murders, and things breaking down and paranoid people pointing guns at each other once the murders have started.

If I could be allowed to name just one song, it PROBABLY would be goldenslaughterer, but basically every -er/-or zts song is fucking masterpiece.
OP said one bgm so I'll refrain from posting a shitload more, I'll just say that there isn't a single track I don't like or even feel is mediocre in the whole ost (yep, even Sumiisan's tracks I listen to and enjoy outside of VN).
