I'm going to have to figure out a way to configure the server for SaySounds or get rid of it entirely as a weeaboo mod.

Download from the party van takes like 2 minutes for upwards of 120 sounds. My test server takes like 6 minutes to download 25 sounds (only 4.5MB) from my own LAN.
Maybe they use a separate file server for the sounds.
