Please Ryukishi, no more characters
Episode 1: 7 parents, 4/5 servants, doctor, kinzo, cousins, beatrice, bern: 18/20 people

Episode 2: 7 stakes + goats, 34: 27/29 people

Episode 3: young EVA, EVAtrice, ronove, virgilia, bunnies, ange : 34/36 people

Episode 4: Gaap, more bunnies + dead bunnies, kumasawa's son, nanjo's son, future battler, creepy witch hunt guy, boat guy, sakutaro, MARIA, ANGE-Beatrice, ookanogi, kasumi: 46/48 people

Episode 5: Erika, Dlanor, cornelia, gertrude: 50/52 people.

Episode 6: Female Ryukishi, auau, Trap twins: 54/56 people: + mentioned bunnies

Episode 7: Van Dine and his boy toy: 56+/58+ characters.

Why is this necessary?

Actually, this is sort of explained in-game by everything sliding more and more into the witch's darkness, making more and more magical characters appear.

We barely even see scenes on the gameboard anymore.

Although, I agree, this is getting ridiculous. Our one saving grace is that the new character in red is almost probably a gameboard-only character...
