Parties aren't why Suika is cool. She's one of the ONLY, repeat ONLY Touhous that could realistically befriend you, as long as you are an honest person, which I assume many on /jp/ are. After all, if you're here, you're honest with yourself on what you really like, and you don't let yourself be influenced by the masses. If you're a liar in any way then she'll either just leave in disgust or kill you.

More importantly she is one of the ONLY Touhous ones that isn't directly connected to someone who would kill an intruder on sight or who would kill you for food. If you like alcohol then you're basically her instant buddy. There are a few other vagrant/wanderer-type Touhous but they'd all be hostile.

Kogasa wouldn't do anything violent to you since she's such an ineffectual youkai. You could pretend to be surprised by her and then ask her to be your friend if you happened across her. Oh, and Byakuren's crew all seems pretty friendly if you get chummy with Byakuren herself.

Many of the girls aren't outright violent/wouldn't try to kill you on sight, but most certainly wouldn't care about you unless you make yourself known and try talking to them. There are only a few you have to steer completely clear of, Rumia, Flandre, and Satori being among them...well, Satori's just creepy, but not dangerous...so she's okay, I guess.

Mokou is a horrible character.
The stupid cunt whines day in and day about her "oh-so tragic" past. Her father was a horny failure who got what he deserved, and her daddy's girl complex bitch ass can't handle that. She damns herself and blames someone for her own mistakes, and she's too pathetic to see how little everyone else cares about her grudge.
If she could actually let go of the past, she might be happy, but her eternal life has become all about meaningless revenge that she can't even find a reason to wake up that doesn't involve death.

And not even her rival's death. After all, what happens if she were to permanently win? Her life would be over. She's lived obsessed with vengeance she doesn't have anything else. She's a sad, pathetic figure who needs to grow up.

I do. The personality she had in the comic opposed to the personality she has in the game and in the other written work are entirely different.
She's described as a desolate and even a bit detached in just about everything besides Inaba. In fact, she's said to be very reticent about herself, rarely even talk to people and youkai, even the ones she rescues in the forest.
And judging by her attitude in IN, she's a pretty cool person.

There probably isn't any feud between the two either, nowadays anyway. Granted maybe three hundred years ago, but both seek each other out to kill each other back then. The past has past, it looks like she moved on, though still keeping her despise of Kaguya, she doesn't think much about it.
