Don't remember. Yuuka controlling flowers may have come from the title Lotus Land Story, which was intended to refer to the boundary of the real world and dreams which is where Yuuka's mansion resided.

I think the mansion and lake re-appeared because had Yuuka woke up; maybe; I really don't remember what happened in the endings, if it was explained there. I think I only played LLS once or twice, and that was years ago. I know she mentioned something about "learning magic" in one of Mystic Square's endings.

In Reimu's good ending of LLS she seals all the evil spirits of that place in a bottle and Marisa opens it during the night out of fun so Reimu has to seal them all over again.

In Marisa's good ending she goes visit Reimu and they go out... nothing special.

The bad endings all have Yuka getting away and they being beaten or something.

In Yuka's good ending in MS she takes interest on learning magic but can't even make simple spells, then she stalks Marisa for a bit to see if she cast a spell so she can learn it by watching her, while Marisa is aware she is being observed.

That's an interesting distinction, the one between the ability to shoot death-lasers and "magic".
