Somehow I think the wars and murder and death and polygamy and child stoning detailed in both translations are more Satan-inspired that the NIV translation.

Not to mention that the Dead Sea scrolls, which are even purer than the KJV translation, are incorporated into the NIV for further accuracy and not included in the KJV.
