Why are alternate history writers all so morbidly fat? I do understand that being a writer means you aren't bound to do a lot of physical exercise (occasional fancy footwork nonwithstanding), but even compared to other fellow writers they are fucking butterballs.
Also, how comes Japan isn't so prolific in this field of speculative fiction?
