Suppose that Dr. Wily has found a way to get all of the Robot Masters in Gensokyo, and decides to take over their world seeing how there's no MegaMan there.
How far would he go? If he strategically pitched certain robots against certain characters they're strong against, could he have a chance? How could he deal with Yukari and the main characters?

Robot masters don't put out anything like the number of bullets a spellcard duel does. Any Touhou could just spam them to death. Even if the bullets are weaker than the Mega Buster, they could easily stunlock any boss.
