I'm glad everything was resolved and timeloop ended in third BW route.

So is the ending really that inconclusive?

If so, what's the point?

So, uh, is the ending even worth going through Satoru's route?

Things make no sense now and I hear the game doesn't make any effort to explain itself, ever, so...

>> No.6300734

>>6300706
Let me use this analogy:
If you were in a car and were about to embark on the best roatrip of your life but you know that it wil end in a horrific mangled crash leaving you as a quadraplegic and raging at everything and everyone because of how it all ended up, would you still go on the trip?

>> No.6300742

>>6300706

Blick Winkel route is unlucked after finishing Satoru one and having 100% TIPS. This route is without any choices so it's not in walkthrough.

>> No.6300741

>>6300706
Satoru route is the much more interesting route, you should play it. It does explain a lot of things, but...yeah.

It explains almost everything you couldn't understand during Kokoro route like the beach and Yuni, but raises more questions that remain unsolved.

Not the one you are replying to but ... i would do it since i would at least have single life experience aside from browsing 4chan all day.

So there's basically no point in playing then, yeah?

What a shitty game.

The questions are solvable, it just takes a lot of fucking around with the tips. It's a bit like Umineko, except the writing isn't preschool level.

>> No.6300781

>fucking around with the tips

Wait, the tips in Kokoro's route just explained things that I already knew.

So the tips in Satoru's route are way different?

0/11, Umineko is masterpiece

Many TIPS in Satoru contains of philosophical stuff and quantum mechanics.

So it's more like Inganock in that I can figure out most of what happened if I think hard for a few minutes?

That's fine, but what I'm really concerned about is that there's no apparently no resolution, storywise. That true?

If you haven't played Satoru route, you don't know SHIT about Remember11.

But seriously though, Kokoro route is more like a question arc, while Satoru route is the answer arc. Satoru actually goes around and systemically solves shit, including the reason for the switch, the beach, the mystery with Yuni, etc. Kokoro just sits in the cabin and cries after Satoru.

Same goes for the tips, Satoru route tips are way more important and interesting.

I still need to play Ignacock so i don't know. I have kind of hopes for this VN

>That's fine, but what I'm really concerned about is that there's no apparently no resolution, storywise. That true?

You'll never find conclusive resolution, you can find reason for start of this timeloop but not about way and details how it all started. Also Infinity games are related, means that Ever 17,Never 7 and 12 Riven have some common points so maybe it can also help

Sorry for grammar

That depends on how you look at things.

The main problem got solved and most characters get their issues fixed. It actually feels like everything is right and dandy and you're ready for the ultimate happy disney end until they drop the final bombs on you.

Whole Satoru route was a lot of fun just for the reason that Satoru was actually an intelligent and capable protagonist.

The only other mystery VN I've experienced is Umineko, and there we have the oh-so-tactful Battler as the detective, so Satoru was really awesome for me.

>> No.6300853

I was really looking forward to the Innocent Grey titles, a shame we won't be getting them anytime soon.

I would like some other VN asking reader to solve it.
This is lower caliber, but i'm playing Kagetsu Tohya now and it makes you wonder how that timeloop thing started. I wonder if it's explained at the end.

slow fag here:

so what? Are you telling me that the true end indeed ends with Hotori going to have fun with the babies, while bitch Lin declares Satoru isn't "Satoru"

Really? No matter how I look at it, it doesn't make any sense and isn't conclusive regarding a lot of aspect of R11.

>> No.6302143

Satoru was also over the top and sometimes even dumber and cheesier than Battler.
Random antics, sudden violent burst at a key point of the story etc

Just finished it, it was good but a bit too mild for me.
No scenes really made emotional, I never shat bricks either and the characters were good but not really memorable.

>> No.6302292

>>6302158
I pretty much understood that the Satoru we were follwing is different (especially if you were open the green door before the end).
However, it doesn't really explain anything.

Furthermore, story wise, it just doesn't show how things are properly settled (then what? Hotori is really going to do "that"? etc)

I don't think R11 needs to use layman terms, but in term of conclusion, it was quite a letdown

>> No.6302305

>>6302292
It's funnier that way, it leasves you thinking if the only good end you got will be a good end, then you go to find the real good one, and suddenly you're trapped in the infinity loop.
