I wanted to balance him/her with the rest of my mains (Hana/Kooh, with Lucia/Arin as secondaries), but since his/her clothes don't offer as much control (need to throw down more points again...), I had to switch clubs to get his/her control to an acceptable level.

I didn't throw all my points in to power so I've got pretty good control. I didn't bother comparing Nell to the others but while playing it felt like a good amount of control. Grind quests, sell the quest items for pang to players who are too rich to bother grinding pang themselves for the same crap. I made 1,000,000 pang in less than a week selling quest junk and there's often quests that can be run.
