You could tune the Accelsaber AMs from UC Garapon. Plus you get 50Rt every month so if you roll Garapon you get a few things to tune up pretty fast.

The accel saber arms are the things I keep trying to tune. I can't seem to get more than 2 tune ups on them. I was lucky enough to get a Gun Arms from Garapon holding a blast bazooka, so now my starter Lily is tons better. Just need more luck for the tune ups and I might eventually get 30 fly for Lily.

They may choose when to engage you, but if you stick with other arty bots they can't pick your position relative to your allies. I've been raising a destructor and the main times I've died from high health was only to massed overwhelming fire due to hurricane blows and trying to engage enemu air unsupported. With some slightly decent allies (meatshields) I sliced through enemy air as though they were flies.

Dull road is actually quite fun if you don't get winberryl'd.

Dull Road? Dull Road is actually a decent map for seraphs or L Airs with stardust and prop bits. If your team can control the bridge there is a high ceiling for you to abuse seraph wings/prop bits and as long as you keep Arts off the trees (easy to do with the stun chance on plasma guns and stardusts) nothing can touch you. Stardust is best for the extra range but a seraph with height advantage from the bridge armed with plasma/zook will blow all other airs out the sky while also being able to take potshots at stuff on the ground.

It's not rocket science. Frankly a force tune up on your Vulcan if it's got a slot would be nice. The red squealer AM is pretty much just what you use after you run out of ammo so STR isn't much to worry about. More Tec doesn't help that much honestly. Especially if you only use a single gun.

I have some trouble using though, and the stupid Shino legs sending me miles always doesn't help.
As for TEC, it is only really effective if you fire many projectiles right? Since the Eight Vulcan fires two bullets at once, shouldn't it be effective?
I'll go for TGH and WLK as suggested though. I get stunned way too much.

Consider switching out the legs if you don't like them. The reason TEC isn't that great is that a force tuneup for a single weapon usually contributes a lot more to that weapon.

(Weapon's Force) * (1 + 0.016 * (TEC-10))" rounded

This is the damage formula for guns. Assuming 10 force and 10 tec you'd get 10 damage. Assuming 10 force and 40 tec you'd get about 15 damage. This is about 1 damage for every 6 TEC over what's normal. That's +15 cost at the least assuming high TEC betas(I think it was beta). While a single force upgrade is will improve damage by one, cost +10, and not lower any of your other stats.

The thing is the lowest level force upgrade always gives at least +1 force. This is far more cost efficient then going for more TEC. Especially for weapons with low force like machine guns. TEC has the benefit of applying to all guns and being more effective for higher force weaponry, but if you use a single gun then just upgrade that gun's force. It's not amount of projectiles, it's amount of guns.

Since the Eight Vulcan doesn't have much force it benefits from force quite more than a bit of TEC. Also force is then effected by your TEC for better damage while with upgrading TEC you just upgrade TEC.

Also you may feel dirty, but Shino is one of the more effective hoppers. If you slap on small legs like Katana Max's and tight arms then she makes a very effective hopper with a shield and vulcan.

Because air don't have any other options. Ranged ones have very short connection time, sword is a cheap substitute for slayer, propeller is not an attack bit and is obtained in garapon.

Sure, I would use dual beam bit if it would track my target from safe 200 range and last at least 2 times longer. I would even pay that 5 cost for good ranged bit. But no, 17 seconds of connection time and lock-on at ~140 range.
I'd better stick with slayer which also allows me to easily deal with arts.

It looks like the chance of getting Rt from the UC Garapon in JPCB has been increased. Either that or it's a very lucky day for me, I got 22Rt over around 110,000UC. That's around 1Rt/5,000UC, whereas previously the rate has been around 1Rt/10,000UC. Did anyone note a similar trend?

Changing weapons midbattle detracts from the power of the railgun, i.e. you'd fire your railgun less.

Having a short-range subweapon is better as I don't have to focus on changing between the two as much, and Saggy can't burstfire properly, so that's why melee works.

I used to use dual rifle bits on my maril, but I took them out in favor of slayers. STR doesn't mean shit because when little dick AIR is circling above you and you can't shoot at it, the slayer bit will take them out. Dual rifle bits cannot do shit in that situation.

If my rifle bits can attack the enemy, then that means I can attack the enemy with my regular weaponry, so the point of rifle bits is moot.

Slayer bit = personal defense weapon, for when the enemy gets too close and you can't use any of your regular weapons.

Dual rifle bits aren't going to save you in those situations and you're automatically gimped without slayer bits.
