It's been floating around on the internet. It WAS a prediction animation to show how radiation leaking into the atmosphere might have gone.

There isn't going to be any significant radiation release. Your best chance was bleach portal right after the earthquake hit, that weakened the barrier, but it should have been fixed up by now.
