I'd say this is Trance (certainly not Eurobeat, although I assumed from the pic that it might some sort of Initial D reference). I wouldn't really be able to narrow it down to a subgenre of trance though, it might be best described as Progressive Trance but I imagine a lot of Uplifting Trance sounds similar to it. As for artists recommendation, Garuda Music is my favourite Trance label and the artists on there are very good, particularly the label owner Gareth Emery.

First of all, "beat" isn't a genre, you silly person. Second of all, it's not called "Euro" because it's made by Europeans; if only because it's not (usually) made by Europeans in the first place.

Sure, there are genres of music named by the place of origin. Detroit, Goa, Ibiza, to name a few. You know how to tell they're genres and not just geographic descriptors? Artists from anywhere can be classified under their label. Can you point one of the so-called J-trance artist that's from outside of Japan? If not, it's not an actual genre. Simple as that.
