Near to Kourindou - Forest is great place to live and human town would be nice because I'm "city person" even if I'm hikki I would go insane without that knowledge that there are other people (youkais/humans/fairies) somewhere close. And I like Rinnosuke. Maybe somewhere close to some small river (cooler during summers) That's all.

I'd live right on the Lake, in a PT-103 class torpedo boat. Fairly spacious (with only one man aboard,) moderate amount of privacy, and I can visit Cirno or even invite her aboard (when she doesn't invite herself.)

Being in the Forest of Magic for too long is said to turn people into youkai spontaneously.
I think that would be a good thing to aim for, since otherwise life in Gensokyo may be quite short.

Fairies are "immortal", so they can reappear few times (on one stage, game or few games), just like normal Touhous. Also there aren't so many of them if you would count.

Not unlikely. Much like Discworld, Gensokyo runs on stories and you have a significant number of fans believing that every individual of note in Gensokyo is a cute young maiden. I'm pretty sure that if any of us went to Gensokyo we'd immediately become elegant little girls and get a frilly dress, a hat, half a dozen spellcards, a vaguely-worded power and lesbian inclinations.

Real Alice is socially acceptable, she just likes to be alone because it's easier to work on dolls this way for her.
