JDownloader has a macro button you can set up to automatically log in to your router and change your IP. Good for when you hit download limits on filesharing sites or get banned for posting /jp/ threads on /jp/. You naughty boy, you!

No, JDownloader only does that if you ISP proved you with a dynamic IP. If you're ISP gives you a static IP, you're fucked no matter what. Resetting the router is what JDownlaoder basically does, which does not affect the service that your ISP gives you. So not everyone can easily bypass a ban or download limit like that.

Even if you have a static IP you simply need to get another network adapter card to change your IP. I can change mine by plugging the ethernet cable into my other adapter.
