Only if you have some sort of dysfunction that keeps you from socializing properly. Which would be more likely than not, considering the userbase here.
That said, I've never been to a party where people danced with each other. At least, not like what happens at a club. The dancing I have seen is spur of the moment, and almost invariably a sign of extreme intoxication.
