Normally it's just stupid shit like bending over backwards for her and LOLBAKAHENTAIECCHI and OH HE'S SO NICE TO HER, but they actually felt more like real friends when they were pulverizing eachother than stupid archetypes. Frankly, a person like Meiya just was too much for my suspension of disbelief. What does a daughter of an impossibly affluent family see in the MC anyway ? It is also an unhealthy relationship if one side is at the complete mercy of the other . I'd rather stick to a person I can understand. Meiya can get whatever she wants already.

I love Extra a lot. It was just fun to play.

I didn't like Unlimited as much really. I wanted the laid-back fun of Extra back pretty much the entire time while I was playing Unlimited.

Actually, I think it's fair to assume that Meiya had very little interaction with other men, and people in general, so it makes sense she is still in love with that one kid that made a random promise.
Don't get me wrong, it's silly as shit, but her whole character is meant to be like that.

Their interaction in UL/AL is definitely more believable and engaging, but so is Meiya's whole character.

It's a parody/homage/what have you of the "impossibly good girl gets into the average MC's life" that's so common in harem stories. Like Video Girl Ai and so on.
