I had an anxiety attack a couple days ago.

Whenever I feel anything in my chest, I immediately start thinking I'm going to have a heart attack or something. This time I went to the hospital, they did an EKG on my and it turns out my heart is perfectly fine and my blood pressure is perfect. I was freaking out over nothing.

Still those sensations in my chest are real and not in my head. Which means, if it's not my heart, it must be my esophagus or something. So yeah, my body's health causes me a lot of anxiety, even if there's nothing particularly wrong with it.
