Has anyone actually been punished recently for breaking Japanese censorship laws on pornography?

I think some guy was fined because his mosaics weren't mosaic-y enough. I read about it on Sankaku Complex.

I've read it once on wikipedia. Some guy with a macho/mind break manga with relatively realistic drawings got gently penetrated by the law.

Holy Hell and here I was thinking it was a law that people followed even though nobody actually enforced it. Christ Japan. It's the one thing that makes me WTF about you the most and I'm a fan of Hitomaru and Urobuchu.

The funny thing is that Japanese porn tends to be more obscene than a lot of foreign porn.
The article is rather strange. I don't really understand how censored porn is less obscene than uncensored porn. It's still porn and its intent is to be porn, what's the big deal?

Given that they were only a fine and it's just JAV stuff, I can't be bothered to care, but it is a bit weird.
