Touhou Hisoutensoku is the third fighting game in the Touhou Project and like its predecessors, Immaterial and Missing Power and Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, Touhou Hisoutensoku is a collaboration between ZUN and Twilight Frontier. Due to that collaboration, its art was drawn by Alphes and the music was composed by U2 Akiyama, both from Twilight Frontier.

Somehow I wasn't paying enough attention and he was able to use it as a reversal. Yes, I know, I'm still new to this, but I have to empathize that I'm neither used to the lag of network play nor opponents that actually use their spell cards.
I could upload the replay later if you're interested and KOS-MOS doesn't mind. I think he was going relatively easy on me in that game, I don't want to embarrass anyone but me.

I think I've finally found out the correct way to use Youmu.

Namely, become a prescient berserker.

Also the fact that Six-Root Cleansing can be stuffed before it comes out, before even the superflash, and still uses up the cards is literally the most retarded thing in this entire game. It's a fucking counter, for god's sake.

You should kinda respect the pressure a bit more against those who know how to pressure. I've noticed that before i could even get one loop off, i had already gotten a CH off ya. If you don't take the time to analyze the string, it's not easy to scout out the openings.

I sincerely doubt there is any situation where it is worth using just because it is so goddamn hard to land and it's a whopping five cards. All I know is that I look at it and see two things: XBAUXHEUG DAMAGES and ultra-situational guard breaks/oki

Huge damage, to me, is ONLY worth anything if you can get it off of common combos. I don't want to sit on five cards for the whole game hoping for a perfect setup that may never come
