That makes her over 20 now, doesn't it?
Depending on when you start counting (manga or anime), it'd be 23 or 26 years.

I wish she took a huge dump on me. I would give anything to have a taste of Konatas shit.

It still cracks me up that /jp/ thinks of reddit as some kind of gaia 2.0 or something.

With the exception of some subreddits that are generally disliked by the reddit community at large(the rage comics and the meme images ones come to mind), reddit is pretty much /jp/'s long lost twin brother.

There's the same trying-too-hard atmosphere, the obsession with correct grammar(not that I have anything against that bit in particular), the same racism, misogyny, and self-righteousness as on /jp/.

The pretty much only difference is that /jp/ revels in being perceived as beubg outside the norm, and reddit people think they ARE the norm.

I can't say I've ever actually read anything on their site, but, if you like it so much, maybe you should go back there and never come back.

Well, we do it because we like quality, they do it because they don't want to be downvoted.

But I guess you are right, from what I heard saying that these "le" faggots are the majority on reddit is like saying that 4chan is only /b/

And now get back to reddit

Oh come on, no one takes it easy on /jp/, and it's been like that for years.

Almost everyone gets their panties in a bunch about people enjoying themselves and tries to police the board all the fucking time.

If people learned to take it easy again and ignore shit they don't like, maybe the board wouldn't look like it does today.

It looks fine the way it does today though, at least more or less.

We have to be angry and bitter towards outsiders, we always have been in order to preserve this place

No, no one gets worked up over anything anymore. If there is one overwhelming theme of this board, it's laziness. Back in the day, when someone posted some obvious troll, everyone would all respond, "FUCK OFF, WE HATE JAPAN, WE ONLY LIKE CERTAIN MEDIA THAT COMES FROM THERE" or go off on some huge tangent about sage being used improperly. Now, when someone shitposts a new thread, people will just ironically play along, or dismiss it in two sentences or less.

While I think irony is overused (one of the few things I agree with Suigin on), this is the best way to go about it. People aren't going to stop feeding trolls, but you can at least have a bit of fun about it. Someone posts an off-topic thread, twist it into something /jp/-related for a few cheap laughs. Beat the troll at his own game, or even make HIM laugh.

I think /tg/ and /co/ were the best at this a few years ago. I remember on /tg/ you could shitpost about anything, and people would start discussing the topic in terms of stats and fictional settings and so on. /co/ was similar. There are some wonderful archived threads for both.
