Rushia has brain problems well where normally you have 4 major arteries going to brain from your heart, Rushia has two. It decreases the amount of oxygen she can receive to be brain, but pushes the same amount as if she would have, so under stress causing her heart rate to rise it can cause a burst from so much being pumped causing a brain aneurysm or heart attack easily.
On top of this she has very bad asthma that that when it starts going or when working out hard can make her need to cause her blood to pump for oxygen as well making the chances of above happen much worst. I am 100% sure Cover after that attack on stream made her doesn't let her move much, it's probably why she is the only one that didn't really move or dance much during FES
