I think the difference between that is Polka's old self is JP so she could easily transfer over however in Yogiri's position, because she's Chinese based there's no way in fuck she'll ever be able to join a JP company because the entire bugrace would attack her non stop, and with the new streaming rules China has in place, it's probably a fucking disaster to try to be an indie. Why else would they join Hololive and leave their old career? To realize their idol dream? Because Hololive is a warm family? Ofc not. Suisei for example joins Hololive to expand her channel and to shit back on the idol companies who rejected her before and there is nothing wrong in it. Same goes for people saying 'X is leeching', having easy collab and network are the perks of joining Hololive, they are all leeching each other and the Hololive brand and there's nothing wrong with that.

Her choice was really good. But to be honest as much as I love the way Suisei and Botan play I think they're a bit too good for these collabs. But you can't really swap them out either because they love to play. But I personally would swap them for Nene and Polka for example. Also Lamy, Marine and Miko need a lot more practice. If the next collab is soon I'd personally would like to see new faces instead.
